| Description | Professional Civil Engineering and Construction Management and Administrative Services for the Diabase, Sage, and Weiss Campground Improvements at Pathfinder Reservoir (such improvements being referred to herein as the "Work"), which must be performed in compliance with the Department of Reclamation/Natrona County joint Resource Management Plan dated July 2012 (the "RMP"). Parks is seeking proposals from professional engineering firms to be the "Construction Manager Agent" for Parks pursuant to Wyoming Statute ยง 16-6-701(a)(vi), effective 10/01/2020, which provides that, "The construction manager agent is a construction consultant providing administrative and management services to the public entity throughout the design and construction phases of a public work." |
