Description

The south portion of the ERWSD Vail Administrative Building is served by a variable air volume system, baseboard heat and two air handling units (AHUs). This portion of the building consist of approximately 7,000 square feet of office space. The District intends to install a new Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) system in the south portion of the Vail administrative building and replace to replace the existing AHUs and variable air volume system.
