Description

Replace multiple fan-powered VAV boxes with hot water coils and two (2) existing indoor chilled water air handling units with new shut-off VAV boxes with reheat coils, new air handling units. The Media building will also have new pumps and piping for the chilled water and hot water system. There is an alternate for a new air-cooled chiller. New DDC controls shall be provided and connected into the existing BAS on campus.
