Description

To solicit proposals from various consulting firms to perform construction engineering services in 2022 for the Prior Avenue project. This project will fully reconstruct the corridor from University Avenue to Gilbert Avenue just south of St. Anthony Avenue. The roadway length is approximately 1/4 mile, has an ADT of 4,637, and the corridor serves multiple modes of transportation. Construction work includes utility work, grading, curb and gutter work, installation of stormwater management treatments, paving, signage/striping, lighting, signal work, landscaping, and sidewalk work. Project design was done in-house by St. Paul Public Works staff.
