| Description | Provide all materials and labor associated with the interior painting of designated areas within the Morris Hall Building on their Valdosta Campus. The Contractor shall be responsible for all surface preparation, in accordance with industry standards, prior to the final painting. This will include but will not be limited to spackling all surface defects, cleaning walls for proper adhesion, removal of wallpaper, sanding, priming and painting of two coats of paint on all the visible walls (below ceiling), drywall ceilings, in all halls and lobbies as specified within the Scope of Work document and the diagram associated with this project. |
