| Description | 1. Contractor to remove existing metal roofing and underlayment down to plywood deck and hall away. 2. Contractor to repair and /or replace any damaged plywood decking or fascia. 3. Contractor to re-nail plywood decking following all codes. 4. Contractor to install self-adhering underlayment. 5. Contractor to install .032 aluminum standing seam “Snap-Lock” metal roof systems with stainless hardware. Color to be determined. 6. Any permitting given thru the City of Cocoa Beach permitting office will be paid thru the City of Cocoa Beach, all others will be the responsibility of the contractor. 7. The contractor shall maintain a clean and safe working environment including barricading work areas from public access and magnetizing perimeter of pavilion daily for nails and debris. |
