| Description | The vendor shall provide Natural Gas via a pipeline distribution system to the NMCP Dam Neck Clinic located at Dam Neck Naval Base and NMCP Boone Clinic located at NAB Little Creek . Gas usage shall be metered at point of use. Vendor to be responsible for all piping up to the point of metering point to include maintenance of meter isolation valve. The vendor's price shall be inclusive of all cost including any required facility charges. Charges for natural gas shall not exceed market rates (as set by the State of Virginia). All supplied gas must be free of impurities adhering to industry standards as they apply. |
