| Description | The Contractor will be responsible for satisfactorily managing and performing exterior landscape maintenance services at the National Weather Service located at 7955 Airport Road, Santa Teresa, New Mexico. Exterior grounds consist of rocky, sandy or river rock landscape, native grass areas, gravel, plant beds, parking lot, walks, driveways and curb. The Contractor must provide all labor, tools, equipment, supervision, herbicides, transportation and any other or services necessary, to maintain the landscaping and grounds in such a manner to present a neat and well maintained appearance. |
