Description

The successful contractor must provide skilled technicians with expertise in service and repair of all aspects involving HVAC systems and refrigeration equipment, and to perform preventive maintenance, scheduled and repair, and emergency repair service as required. The contractor shall provide a preventive maintenance program covering all mechanical systems and HVAC and refrigeration equipment for the following locations: Rye Neck Administration Building, Rye Neck Middle/High School, Rye Neck High School Gymnasium Building, Rye Neck Middle School Gymnasium Building (beginning 2022-23 school year), Rye Neck High School Science Center (beginning 2023-24 school year), F.E. Bellows Elementary School, Daniel Warren Elementary School.
