Description | 1. Demolish and remove all structures, including the house or manufactured housing unit. Remove all piers, blocks and concrete footings. Remove the underpinning, anchors, piers and blocks from the manufactured housing unit. 2. Demolish and remove all porches, decks, garages and carports attached to the house, including concrete foundations and pads. 3. Demolish and remove all detached storage buildings, garages, barns, shelters, carports, sheds, pump houses, etc., including concrete foundations and pads. Remove concrete and asphalt driveways, walkways and parking areas. If concrete or asphalt encroaches on adjoining property, then saw cut concrete or asphalt along property line and only remove concrete or asphalt from County side of property line. Contractor shall not disturb concrete or asphalt on adjoining property. Gravel areas can remain on the County property. 4. Remove all garbage and debris found on lot. 5. Fill any cavity caused by demolition and any areas dug out from concrete foundations, piers, pads or driveways with suitable fill material. Fill any areas disturbed by equipment tracks or tires. 6. Grade and level areas covered with fill material to provide positive drainage. 7. Area of lot is to be cleared from boundary line to boundary line of all man-made improvements. This includes any/all propane tanks, unused fuel tanks, private utility poles, fences, sheds, structures, mailboxes, clotheslines, satellite dishes, junked vehicles, appliances, etc. 8. Trees, shrubs vegetation shall be allowed to remain, unless it is necessary to clear in order to remove structures or debris. Wayne County, NC 9. Contractor shall be responsible for preventing soil/sedimentation run-off from entering any wetlands, ditches, ponds, creeks, rivers or similar water bodies.
