Commercial Kitchen Exhaust System Cleaning and Commercial Kitchen Equipment Cleaning at Various Philadelphia Gas Works Locations

Clarification deadline 7/21/2022 10:00 AM The Contractor shall be required to furnish all supervision, equipment, labor, material, and all applicable licenses and permits necessary to provide commercial kitchen exhaust system cleaning and commercial kitchen equipment cleaning. Services are required at Philadelphia Gas Works 800 W. Montgomery Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19122 - Cafeteria. The service shall be requested on a routine and as- needed basis. The Contractor shall perform all work in compliance with all applicable Federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Contractor, or agents of the Contractor, must ensure adequate ventilation, per OSHA regulation, during the cleaning and degreasing process, if applicable. 1910.94, Ventilation Contractor, or agents of the Contractor, must comply with OHSA regulation regarding all hazardous materials, if applicable: 1910.106, Flammable and combustible liquids 1910.119, Process safety management of highly hazardous chemicals Two (2) Year Contract Term; with the option of two (2), One (1) Year renewals.
