No trash pick-up at commercial or industrial businesses, Chester County Public Safety Training Center, Citadel Federal Credit Union, Coatesville Scrap, CNC Manufacturing 2. No trash pick-up at Garnet Terrace Apartments, Hampshire Townhouse Apartments, 3. Collection will include single family dwellings, rooming houses and apartments (each is considered a unit). 4. There are approximately 500 units in South Coatesville, with anticipation to grow to 525 in the next 3 years. 5. The current trash hauler takes about four hours per week for collection on Wednesday only. The total collection is about 11.9 tons per week. |
