NineStar Connect CR 200 W Sewer - Division I and Division II Projects

The Project will be constructed in one (2) contract divisions which are defined and outlined as follows: Division I: Project consists of the installation of three (3) new lift stations, a combination vault, and a new headworks structure at the Philadelphia Wastewater Treatment Plant. The project will also include select demolition at the existing Sugar Creet Wastewater Treatment Plant and Philadelphia Wastewater Treatment Plant sites. Work will include all valves, fittings, electrical and controls, and all other associated work as required by the Contract Documents to provide a fully operational wastewater system within the project area. Division II: Project consists of the installation of approximately 6.8 miles of collections piping, including a combination of both force main and gravity sewer. Work will include all valves, fittings, appurtenances, and all other associated work as required by the Contract Documents to provide a fully operational wastewater system within the project area. PLEASE NOTE: All interested citizens are invited to attend Bid Opening. Should any citizens require special provisions, such as handicapped modifications or non-English translation personnel, the Town will provide such provisions as long as the request is made by October 30th, 2023.
