No obligation of any kind is made by Garfield County in issuing this IFB. This IFB is not a commitment by Garfield County to issue any other form of solicitation, purchase order, or contract for this service. In accordance with Article 5.2 of the Garfield County Procurement Code, this IFB may be cancelled at any time at the sole discretion of Garfield County. The proposed initial term of that contract will be July 10, 2023 completing the project by December 31, 2023 |
