RFQ Contractor - Jennings Park - Remaining Packages

Edifice LLC is the Construction Manager for the Jennings Park project in Statesville, NC. Edifice is currently seeking to prequalify contractors for the subcontractor trades packages listed below. This project consists of developing a 68-acre site into athletic fields for Iredell County and will be located at 141 Dietz Road in Statesville, NC. The project includes four (4) new soccer fields and four (4) new baseball fields, one which will be a championship baseball field. There will be several buildings on site which include concessions/restrooms, maintenance building, field house, crow's nest (alternate), and picnic shelters. Other amenities include an events lawn, pickleball court, playground area, and 2.3 miles of walking trails. Contractors are invited to pre-qualify for the following formal trade packages: 04-001 Masonry, 26-001 Electrical, 31-001 Sitework, 32-001 Landscaping, 32-002 Fencing, and 32-003 Synthetic Turf. Potential Informal Bid Packages: Work that will not be part of the formal bid process and will not require submitting a prequalification statement before bidding (but not limited to): 01-001 Final Cleaning, 03-001 Concrete, 05-001 Steel, 06- 001 Casework, 07-001 Roofing, 07-002 Waterproofing, 07-003 Cement Board Siding, 08-001 Doors, Frames, Hardware, 08- 002 Glass and Glazing, 08-003 Overhead Doors, 09-001 Drywall, 09-002 Acoustical Ceilings, 09-003 Flooring, 09-004 Tile, 09-005 Painting, 10-001 Specialties, 10-002 Signage, 11-001 Food Service Equipment, 11-002 Pickleball Court, 11-003 Scoreboards, 13-001 Bleachers, 22-001 Plumbing, 23-001 HVAC, and 31-002 Site Furnishings. Bidders must be properly licensed under all state laws, regulations, and ordinances governing the respective trades and work to be performed. The General Statutes of the State of North Carolina applicable to license requirements, submission of bids, and award of public contracts shall be observed in the receiving of bids and awarding of contracts for the work. These items may include additional financial statements, proof of applicable licenses, certification status, safety program/policy, drug and alcohol program/policy, additional project experience, and or certificates of insurance.
