The City of Baton Rouge and Parish of East Baton Rouge invites qualified firms to submit a Statement of Interest for the following: East Baton Rouge Parish Mover Program Capacity Improvement and Enhancement Projects Specialty Services The East Baton Rouge Parish Department of Transportation and Drainage / Engineering Division (DTD) is compiling listings of qualified professional firms in the fields of Landscape Archtecture, Traffic Engineering, Wetland Delineation and Permitting, Environmental Site Assessments, Noise Studies, and Geotechnical Engineering. The DTD will use the lists to select firms to provide these specialized services as part of the development of plans, studies, and details for various street and roadside enhancement projects. Services may include the development of standards and details for Green Infrastructure installations, traffic counts and data collection, soil sampling and infiltration testing for pavement and green infrastructure design.
