Track and Turf Installation

**Project was awarded to Deluxe Athletics Model High School $1,395,475.00 Pepperell High School $1,453,640.00 PROPOSAL QUESTIONS: Offerors who wish to submit questions regarding this RFP should submit their questions in writing to the purchasing agent listed below by January 25th, 2023. The Floyd County Board of Education is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to solicit services from all interested, qualified, and licensed vendors who specialize in installing FieldTurf brand turf (https://fieldturf.com/en/) and Beynon brand track surfaces. The Floyd County Board of Education will provide turf from FieldTurf and track surfaces from Beynon along with a survey of both fields and geotechnical soil and boring information separately. Scope- The general contractor shall provide the synthetic turf aggregate base system and related appurtenances, including but not limited to HDPE Perimeter Piping, perimeter curbing & edge anchorage details, crushed aggregate permeable base, ready to receive the synthetic turf fabric. A. Work Included: Crushed Aggregate Permeable Base, HDPE Perimeter Piping, Perimeter Curbing, and Turf Fabric Attachment Nailer. B. Related work specified elsewhere: 1. Excavation / Earthwork 2.
