Tear off old roof shingles, underlayment, drip edge, fascia, ice/water shields, lead boots, ridge vents, and/or any damaged decking and fascia 2. Replace damaged decking with matching thickness per applicable code 3. Ensure nailing pattern meets current code 4. Replace any damaged fascia to match existing 5. Replace drip edge for entire structure 6. Replace ice/water shield 7. Replace damaged soffiting as needed 8. Install needed vents to match those removed 9.
