Description

Request for Qualifications (Step I) and Request for Proposals (Step II) To Provide Program Management Services for Project No. J-405-PM Billy C. Black Building Renovation, Albany State University, Albany, Georgia. Please see the attached documents and instructions. This renovation of approximately 12,000 GSF will consolidate multiple academic departments currently housed in obsolete floodplain of the BCB building on ALSUs east campus. The partial interior renovation of Billy C Black building (BCB) will increase space efficiency and enable firstphase demolition of floodplain buildings. Deadline for Finalist submission of written questions/clarification 7/31/23 2PM As of July 21, 2203, Design is expected to begin Fall 2023 with documents anticipated for completion in Summer, 2024. The start of construction is contingent on the availability of funding.
