Provide repair/replace damaged exterior monument and overhang signage at the Rocky Mountain Regional VA Medical Center in Aurora, Colorado. Contractor shall repair or replace damaged exterior monument sign that was knocked off its foundation along Wheeling Street. Contractor shall install sign on existing foundation. Contractor shall repair or replace electrical lighting as necessary for function. Damaged sign is in VA s possession. Contractor is encouraged to reuse material from old sign where applicable. SCOPE ITEM 2: Contractor shall repair or replace replacement overhang clearance sign and support along road to underground parking at PVS. Contractor shall install sign on existing foundation. Damaged sign and support are in VA s possession. Contractor is encouraged to reuse material from old sign where applicable. SCOPE ITEM 3: Contractor shall repair or replace exterior monument sign at corner of Fitzsimons Parkway and 17th Street exhibiting missing light block lettering this missing lettering is a water infiltration risk to the electronics inside.. Contractor shall install sign on existing foundation. Contractor shall repair or replace electrical lighting as necessary for function. Damaged sign is in VA s possession. Contractor is encouraged to reuse material from old sign where applicable.
