| Description | This project includes Replacement of four split system fan-coil units and gas fired duct furnaces with new gas fired furnaces with coiling coils. Replacement of four existing air-cooled condensing units. Replacement of one 15-ton split system air handling unit and gas-fired duct furnace with new 15-ton split system air handling unit with electric heat. This unit will also be relocated to a mezzanine to improve serviceability. Replacement of one 15-ton air-cooled condensing unit with new 15- ton outdoor air to air heat pump unit. Replacement of one split system, fan-coil unit, and outdoor heat pump unit. Replacement of thirty-seven gas-fired unit heaters. Replacement of two electric wall heaters. Replacement of one suspended electric unit heater. The HVAC equipment shall be furnished with MERV 13 filters and contain UV lights and bipolar ionizers from the factory, where available, or field installed where not available. Addition of one ductless split system heat pump to condition existing IDF Closet on mezzanine. |
