This cancellation is a direct result of budget funding constraints. All bids received exceeded the statutory minor limit and no award could be made. VHA Procurement Contracting Activity Central (PCAC) will not be the Contracting Office concerning any re-procurement of this project. Network Contracting Office (NCO) 17 will determine the procurement strategy for any re-procurement.
