Pipe Repair and Replacement

The purpose of this Request for Proposals is to solicit competitive sealed proposals from qualified and experienced individual(s) or firm(s) to provide plumbing, insulation replacement and repair for the Tipton R-VI School District's field house. The field house building sustained water damage due to frozen pipes in the ceiling of the locker room area. The successful contractor will be expected to provide all tools, transportation, labor and equipment necessary to perform the required duties herein. The overall objective of this project is to replace damaged pipes, remove water-soaked insulation and wood and replace these as needed. Bids must be signed by an official of the company and detail all work to be completed. The proposed price shall be good for at least ninety days from the submittal date. Tipton R-VI School District reserves the right to negotiate with all qualified offerers and reserves the right to cancel this solicitation in part or in its entirety if it is in the best interest of the District to do so. Any agreement for services is subject to board approval.
