The work consists of but is not limited to: 1. The supply of up to 17,500 residential water meters varying in size from 5/8" to 2". 2. The supply of an equivalent number of meter encoders and end-points. 3. The supply and integration of a head-end system. 4. Inclusion of a web-based customer portal for water-user interaction. 5. Monthly communication service for each water meter. 6. Gaskets, hardware, and any other supplies necessary to install each meter in its previously set location
