| Description | The City of Richmond (the "City") Fleet Management is in need of a vendor(s) to provide service repairs and parts for its diverse fleet of Off-Road Equipment. This equipment includes Off-Road Equipment of various makes and models. The City reserves the right to determine in its sole discretion whether to allow such a waiver All bids submitted shall have included in price the cost of any business or professional licenses, permits or fees required by the City of Richmond or the Commonwealth of Virginia.
