(20,000 sq. ft.) portion of the building will be bid as a turnkey project with the remaining 120 ft. x 100 ft. (12,000 sq. ft.) portion of the building to be bid as a completed exterior shell with the interior to be completed at a later date to meet the needs of a future tenant. No oral, telegraphic, telephonic, or e-mail proposals will be considered.
