Perform cold plane pavement removal 8. Construct aggregate base and asphalt concrete pavement 9. Construct concrete curbs, gutters, islands, sidewalks, raised bike lanes and driveways 10. Install permanent signing and striping 11. Install illumination and traffic signals 12. Install permanent seeding, landscaping, and irrigation system 13. Construct 66-inch asphalt lined welded steel water transmission pipeline and appurtenances 14. Perform additional and incidental Work as called for by the Specifications and Plans
