Taylor Farm Demolition Project

The project includes providing all labor, equipment, and materials to complete the demolition of the house structure, demolition of slabs, foundation walls, pads, walkways and vegetation, and private utility poles, removal of existing septic system, water well closure as well as the work associated with site restoration and stabilization activities, including temporary erosion and sedimentation controls. The work included with this project also includes furnishing, placement, and compaction of fill material to bring the site to grade, furnishing and placement of topsoil, final grading and seeding and mulching all disturbed areas. The work includes removal and proper disposal of demolition debris and rubble.The project will also include providing all labor, equipment and materials to complete asbestos abatement and lead-based paint abatement prior to the demolition of the structure.
