AC Water Main Replacement Part A - SR-59 and Pedestrian Bridge

As of February 16, 2023, per Addendum 1: The date for receiving bids and the non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be rescheduled. The dates and times will be communicated in a future addendum. Furnishing all labor and materials, and performing all work for constructing AC Water Main Replacement: Part A - SR-59 & Pedestrian Bridge (Volkert Project No. 1177300). The work consists primarily of the installation of approximately 13,000 linear feet 12" PVC potable water main, 6,500 linear feet 20" HDPE raw water main HDD and 6,500 linear feet of 6" and 500 linear feet of 10" PVC force main including 16", 20" and 24" steel encasement by open cut, jack and bore and HDD method(s) and approx. 600 linear feet of 20" HDPE potable water main HDD under the Intracoastal Waterway. An envelope containing bids must be sealed, marked, addressed as follows, and delivered to the Utilities Board of the City of Gulf Shores (Gulf Shores Utilities), 1629 East 1st Street, Gulf Shores, AL 36547, "Bid for AC Water Main Replacement: Part A - SR-59 & Pedestrian Bridge (Volkert Project No. 1177300)," The Bidder's Alabama State Contractor's License Number shall be included on the envelope containing the submitted proposal.
