Sun-N-Fun Water Park Restoration and Renovation Project

The general scope of the work includes: 1) The wading pool and family pool will include refinishing of all interior surfaces, tiling, markers, coping, gutters, grating, rails and fittings. The wading pool play feature elements will be removed and replaced. 2) The existing slide tower stairway will need to be demolished and re-built. 3) The pool equipment mechanical room and yards will be updated with new electrical components in order to achieve improved air circulation/ventilation. The chemical tank and heater/cooler yards, adjacent to the building, will receive a canopy. 4) Adjacent facility restrooms, locker and changing areas, concrete pool decks and patio furnishings will be modified and renovated.
