Description Project Description: Ripka's Cafe is located at 99 Calf Pasture Beach Road in Norwalk, CT, which is open year round for dining and catering. This project is to remove and replace six storefront openings at the cafe. There are also roll-down metal cages that are to be removed as part of this project. Scope of Work 1. Remove and replace six (6) storefront openings with clear anodized aluminum frames and storm-resistant glass. 2. Alternative 1 - Remove roll-down metal cages on front of the cafe. 3. Alternative 2 - Drywall patching and painting, where required 4. All submitted bid amounts MUST include all material and labor costs as well as the cost of the removal of all old materials, as well as all costs/insurance premiums required to satisfy the various insurance limits.
