Polymer Coated Corrugated Metal Pipe

The Virginia Department of Transportation (herein referred to as "VDOT") is soliciting bids from qualified firms to furnish and deliver the Galvanized Polymer Coated Corrugated Metal Pipe described herein. Service Area: Cities: Galax, Martinsville, Radford, City of Roanoke, and Salem. Counties: Carroll, Craig, Floyd, Franklin, Giles, Henry, Montgomery, Patrick, Pulaski, and Roanoke County. The successful bidder shall furnish and deliver Polymer Coated Corrugated Metal Pipe in the dimensions and quantities listed herein. All pipe shall have re-rolled ends with a minimum of two annular corrugations. a. 20 Feet - 18 inch Arch Galvanized, Polymer Coated Corrugated Metal Pipe - 16 gauge, 2 2/3 x 1/2 Corrugation, re-rolled ends (2 ea - 10' Sections) b. 100 Feet - 18 inch Arch Galvanized, Polymer Coated Corrugated Metal Pipe - 16 gauge, 2 2/3 x 1/2 Corrugation, re-rolled ends (5 ea - 20' Sections) c. 4 each - 18 inch Arch Galvanized, Polymer Coated Corrugated Metal Connecting Band - 16 Gauge (2ft wide), must include all hardware needed. d. 10 Feet - 18 inch Round Galvanized, Polymer Coated Corrugated Metal Pipe - 16 gauge, 2 2/3 x 1/2 Corrugation, re-rolled ends (1 - 10' Section) e. 20 Feet - 18 inch Round Galvanized, Polymer Coated Corrugated Metal Pipe - 16 gauge, 2 2/3 x 1/2 Corrugation, re-rolled ends (1 - 20' Section) f. 90 Feet - 18 inch Round Galvanized, Polymer Coated Corrugated Metal Pipe - 16 gauge, 2 2/3 x 1/2 Corrugation, re-rolled ends (3 - 30' Sections) g. 2 each - 18 inch Galvanized, Polymer Coated Corrugated Metal Connecting Band -16 Gauge (2ft wide), must include all hardware needed. h. 36 Feet - 24 inch Round Galvanized, Polymer Coated Corrugated Metal Pipe - 16 Gauge, 2 2/3 x 1/2 Corrugation, re-rolled ends (3 - 12' Sections) i. 140 Feet - 24 inch Round Galvanized, Polymer Coated Corrugated Metal Pipe - 16 Gauge, 2 2/3 x 1/2 Corrugation, re-rolled ends (7 - 20' Sections) j. 5 each - 24 inch Galvanized, Polymer Coated Corrugated Metal Connecting Band -16 Gauge (2ft wide), must include all hardware needed. k. 40 Feet - 30 inch Round Galvanized, Polymer Coated Corrugated Metal Pipe - 16 Gauge, 2 2/3 x 1/2 Corrugation, re-rolled ends (2 - 20' Sections) l. 1 each - 30 inch Galvanized, Polymer Coated Corrugated Metal Connecting Band -16 Gauge (2ft wide), must include all hardware needed. The polymer coated corrugated metal pipe and bands furnished shall conform to the latest versions of section 232 of the 2020 VDOT Road and Bridge Specifications and the 2016 Road and Bridge Standards for Polymer coated corrugated metal pipe.
