Rodeo Drive Improvement Project

Construction work, in general, consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and services for the construction of a new roadway segment of Rodeo Drive between Jerome Junction and approximately 880` east at Old Home Manor. Specific items of work include traffic control, removal of existing roadway section, regrading, installation of new water and sewer mains and services with appurtenances, storm drain inlets and piping including a 6 barrel 10` x 4` reinforced concrete box culvert, inlet and outlet wing walls, guardrail, and drainage channel grading, subgrade preparation, new 4 inches of asphalt over 9 inches of aggregate base, curb and gutter, sidewalk, accessibility ramps, striping and signage.
