Description

Replace AHU 1 and AHU 2 air handler units located in 15 mp basement. Replace chill water supply and return isolation valves on both units. install new DDC chill water control valves on both units. Abandon all pneumatic piping associated with old AHU's and demo back to specified location. Add controls to tie AHU's into METASYS building management system. Small and Minority business participation highly encouraged.
