Description	Provide Professional Engineering Services for Air Release Valve (ARV) and Force Main Assessment. The DWM anticipates utilizing the selected firm to initially provide field evaluations, modeling, technical report development and bidding and construction services. Specific tasks may include, but are not limited to, surveying, thickness testing, condition assessments, opinions of probable construction cost, and rehabilitation/replacement recommendations. Subsequent amendments can include additional field evaluations, design, permitting, public notification, bidding services, construction administration and observation, construction inspection, and record drawings.
