Notice Content RFP for Architectural Services The Fairfax County (Virginia USA) Economic Development Authority is seeking a VA/DC/MD-based architectural firm to provide architectural services for their new Tysons, Virginia office design and build-out. Questions Due Date: Dec 20th 2022, 2:00 PM EST The FCEDA is seeking to obtain the services of a Northern VA/DC/MD-based architectural firm to provide architectural services for their new office's design and build-out. FCEDA's new office will be approximately 15,000 RSF, located within Tysons, Virginia. FCEDA will be relocating to their new office prior to their current lease expiration in October 2024 and this contract is expected to start February 1, 2023.
