| Description | The scope of work consists of both routine and emergency services as needed for the campus-wide high pressure steam, high pressure condensate, pumped condensate, and chilled water distribution systems. Rowan University intends to award a service contract for RFP 21-32 Campus Utility Distribution Systems Services for Rowan University. This contract will cover all Rowan Campuses currently under the umbrella of the University with the option to negotiate future locations. The University is seeking a qualified vendor to provide services at the following four (5) campuses and any additional properties acquired during the term of contract. 1.
