Description

Provide Construction Manager at Risk services for complete renovation of Berkeley Campus for Trident Technical College. Scope of work to include new construction of training and assembly space, critical infrastructure upgrades in areas such as electrical power, wastewater, storm water, roads and skill pad. Additional work is necessary to correct facilities maintenance issues such as HVAC and other building components. The facility will serve as a flexible high-tech workforce training facility. Contractor will be required to provide Performance and Labor and Material Payment Bonds, each in the amount of 100% of the contract price. To be considered for selection, persons or firms must be properly licensed in accordance with the requirements of Title 40 of the SC Code of Laws, as amended, at the time of resume submission.
