2023 Sanitary Lateral Grouting

This project involves CCTV Sanitary Sewer inspection, Sanitary Lateral Grout Lining. Bid Security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid shall be submitted with each bid. The City of Racine reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any irregularities or accept that bid which, in the opinion of the owner, will serve the best interest of the City. This project is valued between $350,000 and $400,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Pre-Qualification: Yes. Bidders must be pre-qualified with the City of Racine to qualify to bid. Interested bidders must fill out and submit Pre-qualification Form and Affirmative Action Plan and submit the forms to the City of Racine. These forms must be approved by the City in order to bid on the project. Deadline for submitting a prequalification application is five (5) days prior to the time of bid opening.
