Goals Details See Document Page No: 23 Replacement of Exhaust Fans at 6 (six) Schools- Chantilly Montessori School, East Mecklenburg High School, Providence High School, Sedgefield High School, Southwest Middle School, Spaugh Middle School. Provide all engineering drawings, permits, documents and fees required by CMS and the Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) for the completion of this project 1. Miscellaneous trade permits and fees. 2. Contractor is responsible for meeting the attached insurance requirements. 3. Contractor License Number must be on Bid. 4. Permit Numbers must be on Invoices. 5. Field verify unit specifications and accessibility for replacement. 6. Please provide “Before” and “After” pictures of old units and new unit in place. Send with invoice copy. Pick three representative photos. 1. Demo and remove all existing units from site. 2. Equipment Submittals and warranty information must be provided with bid documents. 3. Contractor will be responsible for removing and reinstalling any wiring, (power and control). Label each unit as to electrical panel number and breaker number. 4. Place and install units to factory specifications and recommendations. 5. Provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the completion of this project. Clean up work area when complete. 6. Report any concerns to CMS personnel.
