| Description | The City of Artesia, pursuant to the Procurement Code, is accepting requests for sealed bids for aggregate material services. The City of Artesia requests bids to establish an indefinite quantity control contract for aggregate material services for the City of Artesia Streets Department. Bids may be held for ninety (90) days, subject to all actions by the City. The City of Artesia reserves the right to reject any and all bids in part or in whole. The City of Artesia reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any technicalities, and accept the bid that the City of Artesia deems to be in the best interest of the City. Original signatures are required on bid forms. Faxes WILL NOT be accepted. |
