Urgent Mortar and Stone Raceway Wall Leak Repairs at Sharon Mills County Park

Work will involve repairing the existing infrastructure to correct water leakage problems and prevent further occurrence of leaks for approximately 270 square face-feet of cut fieldstone and mortar joint containment walls as identified. The RFP and contract will include the following scope: 1. Provide answers in statement of qualifications and examples of similar projects as requested in the RFP section to follow herein 2. Perform a site investigation of cracks forming in the mortar joints and associated water leakage 3. Evaluate/inventory any potential displacement issues of the cut fieldstone walls conveying water feeding the turbine unit in the powerhouse 4.
