Construction Management Services for East Village Green

Construction management specialists to act as the owner representative to provide construction management services for the East Village Green Project. The Project is located on a full 60,000 square-foot (SF) block bounded by 13th, F, 14th and G streets, a 20,000 SF site at the northeast corner of 14th and G streets, and a small site along the south side of F Street between 14th and 15th Streets. The project will contain the following main elements:Relocation of two designated historic structures Two-story - Type 1, 14,200 SF community center Central lawn area Children's playground with an interactive water feature Off-leash dog parks for small and large dogs Two food and beverage buildings (Pending Deduct Alternates Approvals) Game/reading area Public restrooms with attendant booth Public art installation Improvements to 14th Street to accommodate community events Two-level, 185-space underground public parking garage.
