Installation of a Pre-Fabricated Concrete Restroom and Concessions Building at Feaster Park

For the installation of a pre-fabricated concrete restroom and concessions building at Feaster Park. The work includes all labor, material, and equipment required to perform the work as described in the project plans and specifications. A State of Arkansas Contractors License is not required to bid on the project; however, no contractor shall submit a bid prior to submitting an initial application (which does not require a full audit) for licensure, and no construction contract shall be executed until the successful bidder has furnished an appropriate license issued by the State of Arkansas Contractors Licensing Board. Contractor to have experience installing pre-fabricated concrete restrooms and provide a listing of a minimum of 2 previous projects.
