EPDM Roofing Services Bid

1. Remove and dispose of existing EPDM and 1/2” H.D. boarding. 2. Furnish and install new fully adhered 0.060 EPDM roof system including 1” Polyiso roof insulation providing owner with a 20 year manufacturer’s non-prorated warranty. 3. Remove, save and reuse metal drip edge. 4. Flash all details to manufacturer’s specifications 5. Clean job site daily and remove and properly dispose of any roofing related waste 6. Coordination of the work schedule to be done with Hart Public Schools to limit conflicts with facility activities. 7. Work is to be completed during favorable weather conditions. 8. All ladders and or lifts, if required, are to be taken down daily and stored safely.
