Description Shall consist of all labor, equipment, fees, permits, and other related costs necessary to provide for Aeration, DO Control, and SCADA Upgrades at the East Hartford Water Pollution Control Facility. The Work is provided under two Base Bids: 1) Blowers and Electrical Service Upgrades, and 2) Electrical and Security Upgrades.The Blowers and Electrical Service Upgrades shall consist demolition of existing blowers, blower piping, and associated appurtenances; the installation of new blowers, installation of new electrical service and switchgear, new electrical duct banks, and other miscellaneous items as shown and specified.The Electrical and Security Upgrades shall consist of demolition of the existing switchgear and MCC, the installation of new MCC and generator switchgear, new security cameras and valves in the sludge blending pump station, upgrades to the entrance gate, new actuators for three gates at the Grit Chamber, new electrical duct banks, and other miscellaneous items
