2023 Roadside Avenue Cold In-place Asphalt Recycling (CIR) Project

As of April 26, 2023. Project has been awarded to Recon Construction Services Inc. amounting $126,086.50 2023 Roadside Avenue Cold In-place Asphalt Recycling (CIR) Project A certified check or bank draft, payable to the order of the Borough of Waynesboro, or negotiable U.S. Government Bonds (at par value), or a satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and an acceptable surety, in an amount of ten percent (10%) of the total of the bid shall be submitted with each bid. This project is funded by the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation Municipal Liquid Fuels Program. Pennsylvania State Prevailing Wages shall apply to this contract. The Contract Documents contain requirements addressing prevailing labor wage rates, labor standards, nondiscrimination in hiring practices, and related matters. Bids may be held by the Owner for a period not-to-exceed thirty (30) days from the date of opening bids, for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the qualifications of bidders prior to awarding the contract. The Borough of Waynesboro (owner) reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informality in the bidding process.
