Description

Base Bid scope of work includes the removal of the existing low sloped roof system down to the existing roof deck. Roof replacement includes roof deck replacement/repairs and installation of new roof insulation, including taper insulation, and new installation of a two-ply modified bitumen roof assembly and associated components. All new sheet metal items associated with the installation of the new roof assembly are required. BID SECURITY IS REQUIRED IN AN AMOUNT NOT LESS THAN 5% OF THE BASE BID. PERFORMANCE AND LABOR & MATERIAL PAYMENT BONDS: The successful Contactor will be required to provide Performance and Labor and Material Payment Bonds, each in the amount of 100% ofthe Contract Price. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
