Heater & Fuel Tank Rental

The United States Coast Guard Surface Forces Logistics Center has a requirement for the following items: ITEM 1: Provide (4) 750-899K BTU DSL Indirect Heater. Supplier to deliver, assemble and set-up the units. Rental to start on November 1st 2019 thru December 31st 2019. QTY: 4 ITEM 2: Provide (4) 500 Gallon Double Wall UL Fuel Tanks. Supplier to deliver, assemble and set-up the units to the heaters. Rental to start November 1st 2019 thru December 31st 2019. The Contractor shall remove supplies rejected or required to be corrected. However, the Contracting Officer may require or permit correction in place, promptly after notice. The Contractor shall not tender for acceptance corrected or rejected supplies without disclosing the former rejection or requirement for correction, and when required shall disclose the corrective action taken. Cost of removal, replacement, or correction shall be considered a cost incurred, or to be incurred, in the total final negotiated cost fixed under the incentive price revision clause. However, replacements or corrections by the Contractor after the establishment of the total final price shall be at no increase in the total final price.
