Description

This project will be a Firm-Fixed Price contract for janitorial services for the Provo Area Office with a cleaning requirement of approximately 46,000 square feet and the Pleasant Grove facility is a newly constructed building and will have a cleaning requirement of approximately 1,000 square feet. The contractor will be required to collect and remove trash and recyclable material, vacuum, clean breakrooms, clean walls and doors, clean and disinfect all toilets, urinals, and floor drains, etc.
